Seat can be a bit tricky to use, sometimes have to extend it almost completely flat to get it to go back upright. Overall, if you don't mind paying a slightly overpriced premium for these PE seats, I'd recommend Row 13 over Rows 14 and 15 due to increased leg space and overall moving space.
