Sometimes things aren't what they seem to be, and sometimes you just need to follow your heart, the typical Barbie story.I have to say that I've been surprisingly happy with the Barbie videos (not a huge Barbie fan overall). I'm not as impressed with these fantasy videos. I did like the movie over all. I, myself, found it to be quite predictable, like all Barbie movies, but my children loved it. If you have a young daughter(s), give these movies a rental tryout - then I believe you'll be buying them on e-bay too!My six year old little girl loves this movie.

The movie teaches friendship, leadership, trust and self worth in an easy to follow storyline. The magic is a bit strange and there doesn't seem to be the same underlying strength that Barbie has in the previous films.
