As luck would have it when I walked in the owner was speaking to another customer so he was easy to pick out because he told the guy he was the owner. The following day I went for a ride, the noise was gone, the wheel turned more freely, and the cost of repair was minimal. It makes you work but the reward is so worth it!Phenomenal experience! When I told him who I was and that I'd left my info with one of his employees he did indicate that he got the note and he didn't call me because his employee said I was pushy ( I guess because I wanted him to take my contact info as My feeling is if your looking to make a purchase of 3k and you make the initial call as a consumer I shouldn't have to send a email to them, they should be grateful for the opportunity and contact me back). Problem fixed and breaks adjusted in no time. Nice people. After two days I still had not got a call back so I went to their shop today because it was convenient and because the clerk who answered the phone seemed impatient with taking my information to begin with I assumed he didn't pass on my info to the owner.
