I don't know if it's important, but interestingly, when I try to reinstall it from the Windows store (version 6.44.212.0), the file size is only 8 KB (that's also what is displayed under Settings). My phone’s bluetooth claims the devices are connected but the watch app cannot find any information of my watch.
Tried everything from restarting & reseting both devices to selecting default locations in the Apple Watch app on the phone. In response to Need4Surfn2 skim101 I was just wearing my watch and looked down and it had stopped showing anything on the screen.
Can I wipe the watch and simply start again? I have tried rebooting both multiple times, turning off/on wifi/bluetooth/airplane mode etc. BTW The command line update and then signed…I need to bring my iPhone x in for someone and look at it because my speaker it is not…I forgot my apple ID password. Posted on I just had the same problem with my new watch and was able to fix it without all the resetting and unsyncing stuff.
Any suggestions?my apple watch series 1 works perfectly but the activities app on my phone shows nothing and all of my historical data has disappeared too. If not, try restarting the app or even rebooting your internet connection at home. Please enable it to continue.
I noticed that in the iPhone weather app all three of the cities I had in there were "stuck" and not loading current data or had corrupted data (It thought Chicago, New York and Cupertino were all midnight and 82º) . I had this issue this morning with the weather app. May 8, 2015 9:11 AM
I unpaired the watch from my phone and reset the watch back to factory settings and rebooted both the phone and the watch. (112,960 points)
Did the Airplane mode on/off, bluetooth on/of, both devices on/off. In response to JohnTheAppleFan
