It's a shame that 6-10 year old games are much better than the new ones, I really loved the Nascar games up until 2008, that's when they lost interest in making good ones. As far as XBOX 360 games go, this isn't as good as NASCAR 09.
I bought this as a replacement.

Graphics and sound also are a touch better and a download with the new Gen-6 cars is now available as well. Have to drive with driver assist on just to get around the track without hitting the wall as much, lol. It is criminal that Activision is knowingly making money by selling a game this flawed.
First let me suggest if you have a steering wheel/ pedal setup or a microsft wireless wheel, you will have better control if and when the 'AI'cars bump you!..also if you apply the 'brake' as you're being bumped..you can survive without crashing..and continue racing!I gave it 3 stars because it's fun to race period but,..there are some frustrating things also!
Husband had lost his interest and spark for Nascar, but the game and sons interest has somewhat relit his spark for racing. The development team started by speaking with the people who know NASCAR best - the fans - and took that insight to the teams, drivers and officials to completely embrace what makes NASCAR America's #1 motorsport.
