I made an order for some the other day, and the genius at eddies famous donair in Edmonton, took my order to a different address and said it was my fault. 5,809 talking about this. Who leave food in a parking lot in the cold? Not only is it absolutely outrageous for a company to act so beyond unbelievably rude, ignorant and inconsiderate about individuals and their meals they worked hard for, it's inexcusable that you don't consider the wasted resources and how you effect the work flow of restaurants that have to deal with upset customers and doubling up on re-cooking the exact same orders. I look forward to making a revised YouTube review about this company and even more so look forward to the day the news states you're company decided to skip town. It's even more ridiculous to have YOUR "CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES" (the joke being that there isn't really any service provided to the customer that they don't already know, other then they're at a loss, and that you primarily deal with a near automated, insensitive chat person) act as though the "service" they "provide" isn't a big deal when they actually don't fulfill the service, take your money, leave you and your family hungry ON MOTHER'S DAY and don't offer ANY TYPE OF RECTIFICATION, apology, recourse NOTHING WHATSOEVER.

Tipping can be a touchy subject.Across Canada, it’s pretty much a given you’ll tip a server at a sit-down restaurant anywhere from 15 to 25 percent for good service, depending on the city. I am so upset. A credit is a joke. Use if you want to wait three hours for your food! So they scam me or the restaurant owners. They actually have the worst customer support I have ever felt with in my entire life!!
